What type of sunglasses you should wear ?

If a pair of sunglasses don’t seem to work, it could be the shape of your face.

To determine face shape, take a photo of yourself directly facing the camera and use a piece of tracing paper to outline the edge of your face. Choose the shape that seems to be the most dominant.

Triangle: Characterized by a face with a narrow forehead that gets wider at the cheeks and chin, aviator styles create balance. Celebrity examples: Kathy Ireland and Victoria Beckham.

Round: This shape measures equally in width and length. Glasses with angular narrow frames, such as rectangles, break up the roundness. Celebrity examples: Charlize Theron and Kate Bosworth.

Oval: Perfectly symmetrical, this face looks smashing in almost any style. However wraparounds exude modernity and sporty cool. Celebrity examples: Gwen Stefani and Jessica Alba.

Diamond: Features include high cheekbones and narrowness at the eye line and jawline. Square, rimless frames balance out the widest and narrowest parts of the face. Celebrity examples: Jennifer Aniston and Scarlett Johansson.

Oblong: It is longer than it is wide. Think frames that are deep from top to bottom or that have decorative temple details, which draw the eye to the middle of the head and break up the face’s length. Celebrity examples: Sarah Jessica Parker and Giselle Bundchen.

Square: With a broad forehead and strong jaw line, squares look best in narrow frames, such as ovals, rounds and purr-fectly chic cat-eyes. Celebrity examples: Cameron Diaz and Calista Flockhart.
